Making A Purchase Browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy to add them to the shopping basket. After you have finished your selection, select the 'checkout' option. You will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order. PLEASE put a valid email address as we confirm orders by email - we will NOT phone you.

We use PayPal and Worldpay for all card transactions, which are charged imediately. Although our stock numbers are pretty accurate, errors do occur from time to time. If items are out of stock or unavailable for some reason, we will inform you as soon as we can and offer a replacement, refund or you can of course wait for the correct item.
Shipping And Handling You can choose the type of shipping you require on checkout. Our system generates the cost by the weight of the items ordered. Orders are usually packed in bubblewrap padded envelopes. You can opt to purchase extra packaging if you wish. We cannot guarantee your goods will be handled with the care they deserve by the Postal Services, therefore if you want the best option, add the extra packaging and/or choose an insured service.

International orders:
We CANNOT guarantee delivery of your order. If your order is lost or stolen in the post, then we will NOT provide a refund. If you purchase 'upgraded packing' for your international order and we will use an insured postal service for that order, and any loss will be covered.
Delivery Schedule We deliver your order right away. We will normally send your order out within 24 hours if the items are IN STOCK. If they are not, we will inform you by email, so make sure your email address is correct. We will NOT usually phone you unless its urgent. We send your goods by the method you request at checkout. We cannot guarantee delivery times unless you pay for a guaranteed option (such as next day special delivery). Also, if you need your order for a certain date, please let us know and we can advise you if there are any problems.
Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you.
Tax Charges Any UK tax has been added. Sorry, we cannot refund tax if you are outside the UK.
Credit Card Security All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using Secure Server technology (look for the lock in your browser bar). They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held on any web site or transmitted over the internet in clear text at any time.
Guarantee We guarantee your satisfaction.

If shipped to a UK address, all of our products come with a 7 day no quibble guarantee - its your RIGHT under UK consumer law - your UK consumer rights when buying online state that you have the right to a full refund (including postage) within 7 days of purchase - its a cooling off period. If you want a refund AFTER 7 days, we will consider the options:

We offer a FULL REFUND upto 30 days after ordering if:

The goods you receive are not what you ordered.
The goods arrive damaged or incomplete.
The goods are not fit for their intended purpose.

We will NOT offer a refund if:

You ordered the wrong items
The item was not what you thought it was
You damaged the items

We will consider offering an exchange for some items, but postage costs might have to be met by you.
